Draft Copy of 2017 Rules Added

An updated copy of the 2017 rule book has been added here.

Those of you with sharp eyes will note that they are in draft form until approved by the Committee.?

The main changes are that we will be using an increased image size to align with the PAGB/EAF ruling on  PDI image sizes for all digital competitions.  There has also be a slight change in the name of one of the competitions.  The “Portfolio” competition title has been changed into a “Panel” competition to better reflect the existing rule set for that competition.  Apart from the PDI images changes and slight changes in input data to reflect the improved descriptions for the location of images given to us by the in-line entries for the PDIs, the rules for the competition remain unchanged
