Club Logo Added to Web Tab

Thanks to Mark Collins for pointing out that we could have the club logo put into the web site that appears in the tab of the browser whenever a club page uses a tab.  Having added that, all tabs now have the logo at the start of the tabs with club pages showing to make them more clearly identifiable.  When you have lots of tabs open, the club tabs all have the logo at the start of the tab ID and if you are in the habit of “pinning” tabs, the logo makes club pages easy to find.

The running strip across the Home page was a bit slow so it has been accelerated just a bit.  Also, rather than have the images in the same order every time, the code has been changed so that the images will load in random order before the strip starts moving every time the Home page is loaded.
