First Meeting of the New Season

The first meeting of the 2020-21 season will be held in the Sullivan Room at the Weatherley Centre on Thursday 17 September. The meeting will include the announcement of the results of the virtual AGM, a quick introduction of the season, the presentation to prizewinners for the 2019-20 season and judging of the Image of the Year Print and PDI by Naomi Saul ARPS EFIAP DPAGB ASINWP (EAF ‘A’)

The restriction in numbers means that those members who wish to attend in person at the Weatherley Centre must complete a booking request on this website. The booking system can be reached by members via the menu or here: and will be available from 2200 on 2 September 2020.

Members not either wishing to attend in person or being unable to do so for any reason will be able to join the meeting via club Zoom. The details of the Zoom access will be available here from Wednesday 16 September 2020.
