What’s New March 2026

The Photographer’s  Gallery in London is running a Martin Parr exhibition (free) until 19th April. It’s called a Fair Day and is about country fairs in Ireland and this was also his last major work in Black and White. Apparently you can buy a signed black and white proint for £5.500!

For those of you who were at the member’s evening when I was talking about the switch to Affinity Photo. I mentioned a photogapher called Chris Wright and have since learned, through Robin Whalley’s newsletter, that sadly Chris died in January 2026. His YouTube channel is still active but I’ve no idea how long it may remain so.

Robin Whalley is currently undertaking a review of all his Affinity articles and videos and updating them to cover Affinity 3. The March newsletter also has articles on landscape photography and DxO Photo RAW amongst others.
